A. Mediker is good for both the kids but for the smaller one I do not suggest you to use it so what you do is when you wash the head of the child with regular shampoo brush it with the comb that is there specially for lice I think that would be good and if you are comfortable get the scalp shaved off please instead of using a chemical shampoo
