#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, My baby is 18 months old she fell down from steps rolled on 3-4 steps checked with doctor done with Xray no fractures happens, But her right shoulder got swollen is it serious?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 18 months old and she fell down from the stairs and rolled on so don’t worry if she has no vomitng just keep a watch on her for next 48 hours
