hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and als safe too as the baby is still small

please see a doctor. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok
