#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, I'm a mom of 7 month old gal. Im exclusively breastfeeding and also giving her solids. I wanted to know if I can take Herbalife products for weight loss and does it have any effect on baby if I consume the products

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom would not at all recommend it during the course of breast feeding .. as it’s not a healthy choice even normally too .. so would not at all suggest to use it
