#asktheexperts Hi doc ,I got irregular periods after delivery .my kid is 16months old .I am getting 3 months once .pls need ur advice

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please go and fo thyroid check up and then e rule out PCOD.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
