You just have to use breast pump by following the instructions mention on the packet now it would depend what kind of a breast pump are you using manual or electronic just proceed with that and after that you can take out the milk and store it into a storage container which is specifically for storing milk and then you can just freeze it deep freeze it whatever your priorities are your preference
