A. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment your child is having phimosis. your doctor will give you local cream application which can be applied on penis foreskin to to decrease phimosis by sliding the foreskin present on the penis backwards. it has to be done daily during the bathing process for at least 1 month and if if the problem continues even after that and the child is having recurrent pain as well as urinary tract infections then only surgical intervention is needed

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to gently pull back the fore skin and try to blow into it I would also recommend that if it is not at all open and causing so much problem you should show to the doctor
