#asktheexperts Hetvik has cough all the times. In a month he used to has cough for 20 to 25 days. How to get relief of it. He everyday takes turmeric water and carrom seeds but still suffers with cold and cough. I gave him Dilo ls and mextra for cough and monteluk for cold.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 weeks agoA. hello. it seems allergic cough n cold. avoid cold wind n cold climate. give your child turmeric milk on daily basis. you can give sitopaladi powder with honey, give nebulization too.
