#asktheexperts Helo mam Greetings! I am priya my age is 32 weight is 71 and the height is 155cm how many kg i should reduce?

A. Your weight should be around 55 kg not more then that do you should take care of your diet and start physical exercise in your daily routine and take nutritionists guidance

A. Mam we should be practically somewhere around 50 kg to 52 kg looking at your height so I think it would be great if you try practising in intermittent fasting and take a proper diet from a nutritionist which will help in getting back to your shape and workout is very important
