#asktheexperts hello sir my daughter is 2.9 month and she is having bad odour in genital area what is the treatment for this can u suggest

surabhiMom of a 9 m old child11 months agoA. this is very normal I am also facing this issue with my daughter dr said don't do anything just wash genital area after urination with Luke warm water and pat it with a clean soft towel downward don't apply anything it disturbed pH level of genital area or better u take advice from pediatrician

Take some warm water add some antiseptic liquid and clean that area properly and then wash it and after that apply coconut oil and do that every time when your child urinate at least clean it properly and apply oil and we still see the problem is that the smell is there then consult your doctor
