a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episzode and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry.
it is impzortant that in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines
