#asktheexperts Hello sir Good Morning, I breastfeed my baby, my milk supply is normal.But some day it will come more or in the next day a little less,I follow timings as well, what should I do extra to maintain continuation of milk supply properly ?

It is quite normal to occur as it is quite a natural process, massage your breast after every feed as such , and also try to include following food in your daily diet as well such as garlic , flax seeds , dry fruits , panjiri, milk, jeera or ajwain ot saunf water , drumstick leaves , fenugreek leaves as well
