Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if there is redness on the palms and souls as well as the child is having excessive urination then you will have to rule out some type of infection the child might be suffering from as well as UTI. that is urinary tract infection. please give plenty of water to drink and meet your doctor and keep the child warm
