Hello ma’am See by the age of two years a lot of child start to say a couple of words maybe some will say a lot of words Ammi say less but if your child is speaking even certain words and do not worry about it but still at any point of time you feel your child is not understanding or not listening to words or not responding to words then you can consult

some time he understand like sit, stad up, come here, go there, wake up dada, lets go even one we ready to go out he give his shoes mask 
and some time some simple command he doesn't follow so too confused and about speech i feel he use word but only once like yesterday 
his dada said mama give me his diper Instenty he repeat the word dipel 
we Bought play tent for him we started say ing tent he also said tent 
 many time he dont understand what im saying  
he like cell phone too much 
im Surprise how 2 yr old can unlock the cell 
just heplme im confuse am i concern  too much
