Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should get cleaned with your clean finger. z
if it is not decreasing in intensity after cleaning then you will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue.
it is advisable to get the child examine by the doctor. z
