#asktheexperts Hello... Its been 5months after a normal delivery. But still I have a tummy like 7months pregnant women. Im breastfeeding mother. please do suggest how to reduce this heavy tummy.

A. Hi mom To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. U can also do cycling, jogging, walk to reduce tummy fat.
