both are good you can take any water effective but you can take painless vaccine it will be better and if required you can talk to your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear your doubts in proper details till then maintain good hygiene which always helps.

you can go either for painful or painless vaccination it is your choice.. 
both are equally effective.. 
update the baby details in the first cry vaccination tracker and get details regarding the upcoming vaccination..
