ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal .
otherwise give syp paracetamol 120 MG 4ml 6 hourly, and increase the breast feeding

keep baby well hydrated as to maintain body temperature..
you cn use wet cotton patti to low down the temperature..
