#asktheexperts Hello Dr. My son is 7 years old. He does not eat curd and drinks very little milk, what other food can I give to improve his immunity

A. hi. offer him milk n curd in moderation. encourage him to have it or taste it. educate him health benifits of eating healthy. taje care and all the very best .
