#asktheexperts hello Dr, my son in 7 months old I gave 2 spoons water yesterday from yesterday he got cold .and it's runny nose and he feels difficulty to sleep can u guide me how I can make cure which is the best medicine that I can give him

stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, plenty of rest/sleep, and may use using nasal saline drops fior stuffy nosen

Sinarist 1 ml can be given to the child twice a day for five days also I’d like to tell you it is not because of the water that you are giving it until unless you have given water from the refrigerator because water should be boiled cold to the room temperature than it should be given to the child
