#asktheexperts hello Dr... my baby is 7 months old now....should I give 2-3 small spoons of water after giving solid foods??

A. yes, you can.. Give two major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand to 7 month old baby.
