You should now include fiver and protein rich foods in the diet and keep yourself well hydrated with variety of liquids. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brisk walking, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday.
