Actually after the age of 3 1/2 years you can often see the kids suffer with growth pain and that’s when their bone are increasing the bodies taking its shape and that is why this happens which is why growth is commonly seen in cases usually recommend calcium and vitamin D so check with your doctor and proceed with it
