#asktheexpert my son got fever with leg pains suddenly, consulted with doctor, taken medicines,using now, fever controlled,but leg pains are still there, what to do?

A. Hello dear parent!! They are called growing pains. Increase the calcium intake. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve your child with healthy foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating
