for permanent solution ENT doctor can tell what is the problem what is the solution ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

I don’t know whether it is only be suggested by a paediatrician or you visited an ENT doctor also because this problem is mostly associated with an ENT specialist so I recommend it to First at with an ENT doctor understand what is exactly the problem then you can go ahead with a treatment associated with that
