Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like  fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina ovr econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics ft has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

It Seems like your child is having some infection in the stomach which is why your child is having all these issues together as of now you can give paracetamol to your child it will help in reducing down the fever and you can also give a emset  to your child which will help in controlling vomiting I just do not give milk otherwise the Diarrhoea is going to increase and consult your doctor tomorrow
