#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, It's been four months since I delivered my first baby girl. I have acute hairfall for the last 30 days . What could be the reason n how do I overcome this Thank you

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet and drink lots of lukewarm water. massage scalp regularly with coconut oil

A. Hi dear try this it will be helpful. make this own herbal hair oil at home it's very effective. I have been using this post delivery and the results are too good. You will need coocnut oil 500ml, two spoons mustard seed, two spoons methi seeds, grated amla one cup, hibsucs leaves few, hibsucs flowers few, small onion 10, now heat coocnut oil and bring to Boil then add all these ingredients and boil again well so the co'or of the oil will change to dark brown to black color then immediately filter the oil and make sure to use it daily or regularly for good results
