#asktheexperts. hello doctor I m nekshana. from Nagpur I completed 9week2days. can you please suggest any exercise and message for back pain.

A. it is important to maintain proper posture and take rest properly and if you feel that you are having any type of discomfort than you can meet your doctor for further advice and do not take or left any heavy object

A. Sleep on your side as opposed to your back. Keep one or both knees bent. You also may want to use pregnancy or support pillows between your bent knees, under your abdomen and behind your back. Applying a heating pad or ice pack, as well as massaging sore areas also may help relieve discomfort.
