#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I am mother of 4yr old boy and 9month old girl. I had c-section for both kids. after the second delivery my menstruation not yet started. after first delivery I got my periodd in the 6th month. some time I feel like menstruation cramps. lower back pain and all. Is it normal?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake
