A. no salt n sugar till 1 year.. do not use any medicine by yourself, unless a doctor specifically tells you to. Use of over-the-counter cough and cold medicines in young children can result in serious and potentially life-threatening side effects. ask your doctor about the right dosage of medicines for your child’s age and size.

A. hi dear Moreover, a salt-rich diet may cause babies to develop a lifelong preference for salty foods, in turn, possibly lowering the overall quality of their diet. Try not to add salt to your baby's foods when they are under 12 months. After 1 year, you can include a small amount of salt in your child's diet.
