Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. babies 9 months age also if baby has runny nose start giving indirect steam inhalation to baby cover baby head and feet importantly keep the room warm can try at otrivin paediatric nasal drops inside nose
