POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hairfall is common after delivery and to control it, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil once a week and wash with Sulphur free shampoo. Do not use heat or chemical treatments and do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week before washing will help too.
