#asktheexperts hello docter, I accidentally gave my son 500 mg of paracetamol for two days continuously for. What should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episodxe and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry.
it is important that in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines x

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yeah but what was the dosage of the medicine that you are giving that you have not mentioned you’ve just mentioned 500 mg but the dosage of the medicine would be in ML how much have you given to the child that would be a big question
