#asktheexperts hello doc, good morning. My concern is that i have gained a lot of weight postpartum, my son is 1.1 year now n has a very strict schedule where he sleeps by 9.30 in the night n wakes by 6 - 6.30 in the morning. With his this schedule i find very difficult for me time to do any kind of physical activities. So please suggest me what can be done to reduce my weight?

A. you should do some regular exercise like brisk walking for half up half an hour yoga cycling and also do restriction in the calorie intake it will help in reducing your weight

A. hello mom you can start with light exercise or you can do yoga at home also you can do Surya Namaskar 12 times a day if you can't do anything else in your busy routine cut all the junk food and have diet full of fibre have seasonal fruits and vegetables drink lots of water have jeera water empty stomach the early in the morning divide your meals into 6 small portions Hello mom to get more tips on the parenting please join my group YO MAMA ✌ on firstcry let's share our experiences and help each other and become a huge family
