A. Hello, good afternoon dear parent add all Homecooked foods including fruit and nuts, add cereal whole grains dal pulse, add all seasonal vegetables maintain frequent meals encourage daily physical activity

A. Hi parent The thumb rule : don't over feed or force feed her. keep her hydrated don't use Demineralized water use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 give her more probiotics millets and seasonal fruits
