if he have it since five days, then it is not normal and immediately needs further examination in person .

Looking to understand this if the fever stays for more than three days itโs not a normal fever and you are saying itโs been five days for fever cold and cough so please visit your doctor could be associated with viral or even a throat infection donโt give medicines without consulting your doctor
