Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. this problem csme with many ladies after delivering the baby or during pregnancy. Just relax first don't stress yourself have a good nutrition diet. Do oil massage regularly, or use home remedies like aloe vera, onion mix with oil. It will take time but will be fine
