SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as a breastfeeding mom it is important. Take healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses, sprouts. Slowly walk around the house and expose yourself to sunlight for about 20 to 30 minutes in a day. Take adequate rest. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Always apply oil to hair and gently give a massage and leave it for half an hour and then take head bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water.Write Your Answer Here
