#Asktheexperts Hai Madam my son is age of 20 months from last week onwards he is suffering from heavy cold and cough,since 1year we are giving buffalo milk every day morning and evening Quantity 180-200ml per one time is this cause to increase sputum please suggest diet to reduce cold and cough.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp sgdhould be given only after a proper evaltuation .
