A. Okay so I’ll recommend you to consult a child psychologist because it seems like your child is delayed in terms of mental growth and verbal growth and there could be number of reasons specially Screen Time can be a very big reason and this is happening a lot these days so you can consult them and you should also start taking a homeopathic treatment that actually helps a lot and stabilising the brain and verbal growth of the child over the period and make sure that there is no screen time at all
