#asktheexperts good morning mam I have 14 years daughter from past 1 year when she eat boiled or scrambled egg she says she is having stomach ache

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 months agoA. yes, it happens sometimes, due to its high protien content. make sure to offer well cooked egg or can reduce uts amount. add jeera powder, or black pepper in it fior better digestion.
