Q.

#asktheexperts Due to weakness, I put my baby on formula right from the start. This reduced my milk supply drastically since the first week & I never nursed frequently to improve it. Now I want to have adequate milk supply to start exclusive breastfeeding & I take Lactare tablets & started nursing few times with pumping too. But nothing seems to help. I want to know can this be reversed successfully? Can I once again get sufficient milk supply?

A. good evening yes definitely you can try to have both these medicines and supplements that will help improve the milk production apart from that try to have milk and Milk products roasted makhana bottle gourd
