#asktheexperts Dr my baby's birth weight is 2.18kg . current weight is 4.2kg in 3month.is it normal?

A. Hai good morning !! Baby weight and growth rate is fine,generally babies increase 400-800gm per month and double their birth weight by 5-6 months. Exclusive breast milk or formula milk until 5 complete months is suggested ,give frequent feeds every 1.5-2 hours. Burp well after every feed.
