Puniya SapraMom of a 3 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can use Johnson's Baby Top-To-Toe Bath which can be used on face also. It is a coconut based mild cleanser which gently cleansed the skin and can be applied on face.

I would not suggested that because for face there are different soaps and all all together a lot of people prefer using it but I would not suggest you to use body wash on the face go ahead with using a soap or rather don’t use anything on the face just wash it with plain water
