Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Yes after 3-5 months sleep pattern changes in newborns ,they know their hunger,take feed and sleep well at a stretch of 3-4 hours. But give feeding every 2-3 hours to avoid thirst and dehydration.
