#asktheexperts: Dear sir/mam, Milk supply is very less from one side of breast and from another side, its good. Whats the reason behind it and how to increase supply for another side also??? I have 3.5 month old baby and totally on breastfeed. Please help and guide.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often from that particular side. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take healthy diet n take sufficient fluids.
