Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is only one month of age It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
