Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! You can keep it on for a couple of hours and later switch it off. Do not keep your baby directly under the AC. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
