GayathriMom of a 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. you can give paracetamol initialy after the vaccination.. then wait for 4 to 6 hours , after that also baby had fever.. u can give.. as per doctor recommendation..

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. If the pain is much than your child is crying because of the pain then yes you can use it like a painkiller also there is no problem without fever paracetamol can be given to the child in the right amount as recommended by the doctor to be given
