so be very careful.

Yes you can it is totally fine. You just have to wait for 40 days after C-section then it is totally fine for it. Rather than this you just continue breastfeeding your baby. Mother’s milk contains all the nutritious baby needs so there is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months
